If you've landed on this page, you must be wondering who I am. 

My name is Kathy Blankenship. This will be my 11th year as a Manor ISD employee. I've worked at Bluebonnet Trail Elementary, Pioneer Crossing Elementary, Decker Middle School, and Manor High School. Prior to coming to MISD, I was a teacher at Hope Lutheran School for multiple grade levels.

I have multiple certifications, including Technology Education, Gifted/Talented, English as Second Language, Science, and PE. 

One of my favorite titles is "Advisory Board Member" for SXSWEdu. I love to attend trainings and then come back to share my knowledge with my students and other teachers.

My goal as a teacher is to help prepare students for life after high school; emotionally, socially, and professionally.
